We want to bring our community together and promote our culture!

The Oxford Belgian Society (OUBS) brings together students, staff, and alumni for talks, get togethers, and cultural + social events across the university and the UK!

One of the most well-known language societies, we’ve made a big push in recent years to strengthen the strong bond and community we’ve developed.

In addition, from the academic year 2025–2026, we will have full reciprocal membership rights with our friends at the Cambridge University Belgian Society (CUBS), as per signed agreement at our joint Embassy Reception on 27th January 2025.
